Tag Action Window Broken With Retina Mode

Remember the odd bug where fields in the tag action window would be "blank" after you clicked on them?  It was hard to reproduce and was just an occasional problem.

Well, on 29.0.56 and 29.0.58 this problem appears to be continuous (always happens) if you have Retina Mode turned on (view > size > retina mode).

My specific setup is an M1 macbook pro with a 13" display, connected to two external low resolution displays (less than 1080p).  The bug manifests itself on the Retina (built in) display ONLY.  If I drag the MC window to another monitor, I can click on fields in the Tag Action Window and they work properly.  Drag it back to the retina display and the fields are blanked out when I click on them.
