How to use different monitor for JR interface and played video …

I have a win10 PC with AMD 6600 video card connected to two monitor.
I am wondering if I can use one monitor for JR interface while playing video in the other.

It is not have to be done within JR. Any suggestion will be appreciated.

In Options>Tree & Display you can set the monitor to use for full screen content. You can also detach the display and drag it to your preferred monitor.
