JRiver for Android based Smart TV for playing UHD blu-ray rips

As till date none of the native apps in available UHD  smart Tvs can play Blu-ray m2ts files and simultaneously natively decode  DTS-HDMA , Dolby Tru-HD, DTS-X,Dolby True Atmos audio (unless you use HDMI streaming and eARC), is JRiver working on to fill that gap(at least for DTS-HDMA and Dolby Tru-HD) or is it limited by android's capability ?(Please correct me if smart UHD TV is already there  with native capable player)
