Cloudplay button missing

I downloaded and installed MC 27 on a laptop where I also have MC 26. The Cloudplay button is missing and there is no "upload to cloud" option when I right click on a playlist. I also have MC 27 installed on my desktop PC where it works perfectly with no Cloudplay issues whatsoever. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling MC 27 on the laptop twice but there's still no Cloudplay option. Do I need to uninstall MC 26 from my laptop to make MC 27 work?

MC27 is an old version.  Please visit the Download Page here:
https://jriver.com/download.html

Download and install, then go to Options > Features and turn on Cloudplay.
