Can not install a Master License

Hello I've purchased today a master license,
"JRiver, Inc. Media Center 30 Master"

The problems are:

1) There is no any version hot this can be possible? It worked on Windows.
2) It is not working on MAC (M1) I have a message saying:
You are using Media Center 29 on Mac to install a license for a different version.
Please download and install the version that matches your license, and then tray again.
3) Every time I try on Mac, and fails,  it reduces the available restores for the license.

I have not even installed the license on Mac, and I have 5 restores out of 10.
I'm not going to try anymore, since I do not want to run out of licenses, before even being able to use the application.

Any help will be appreciated.

If that doesn't work, there likely hasn't been a new MC for Mac (or Linux) released that can accept that license yet.

I've tried with 29.0.66 and 29.0.58. same problem.  Not sure if it should work on version 29.x.xx but I do not know were to find  the version 30?
If that is the case not sure why I've received a license for version 30 instead of 29 .
If the license for version 30 does not work on version 29, I do not find the reason to provide linceses for version 30 if the software is not  yet available.

I purchased a license for MAC I can not use ?
I do not see the deal, for me at least  :).
I just purchased a current license (master to use in both OSs), I was not looking for a license for non released products.

And if that was the case, the failed attempts to use the license, should not REDUCE the amount of restores available.
Please consider this.
If all the mentioned above, is not due to a bug (I understand if that is the case, and it is fine) but if it is an intentional feature by design, then I was cheated with my last purchase with J River.
It is not specified anywhere that the current MASTER license you can buy now, can not be used on MAC (latest version available).
And as well is not specified anywhere that the failed attempts to use the current purchased license on the current MAC version, will reduce the available restores.
These last 2 aspects are serious things. Then please provide a temporary License I can use with MAC, till the version 30 is released.

You just need to download and install 29.0.83 and your license will work with it on Windows.

The version for Mac will be available in a couple of weeks.  We've got a guy on vacation right now.
