Sorry if this is a rehashed subject, I've looked through the forum but couldnt find anything relative.
I've installed the trial version of JRiver MC on a windows 10 PC. I'm still using Windows Media Centre but looking to replace it. I use a physical media centre remote (the green button style).
I'm enjoying MC, but I have an issue that is rather frustrating. I have spotify installed on the PC which i leave running permanently so I can control music from my phone, when watching a movie or live tv if I pause the show with the remote and then press play it also starts playing music in Spotify, then when i pause it also pauses the music.
I assume that Windows media centre took exclusive control of the remote to prevent that happening, so my question is: Is it possible to set MC to have exclusive control of the remote when in Theatre View??
