MC (29.0.86) can't open a just downloaded .mp4 file.

29.0.58 doesn't have the problem. No problem, too, with VLC and all other video software.

switched to Legacy Open GL Renderer and it works. Problem With JVRV . (Options - Video)

Just tried to play a .mkv file. There is sound but no picture (Legacy Open GL Renderer). With JVRV nothing happens and it appears the message that there is a problem with the file.
VLC plays it without a problem, 29.0.58, too.

One addition: 29.0.58 is on an older Mac Pro Mid 2010.
Here the file is played without a problem.
I just downloaded 29.0.58 to the new Mac (M1 Pro Silikon) and tried it there:
29.0.58 in both versions (Legacy Open GL Renderer and JVRV)
only plays the sound. Legacy Open GL Renderer shows a blank grey
screen, JVRV a black one.
With 29.0.86 and JVRV appears the message that something went wrong with playback.
With Legacy Open GL Renderer there is sound but only a grey blank screen.
