Bug display character ' ำ ' and subtitle a little disappear in thai language.

I just upgrade JRiver from 27 to 29 and see character '  ำ ' in jriver interface and subtitle (srt) display incorrect show in picture1.

It should display like "กำ อำ น้ำ ต่ำ".

And some character at start and end of subtitle will a little disappear for example "โอม์ โอม์ โอม์" show in picture2.

Please help fix these bugs.

The issue with the wrong character should be fixed in an upcoming version, as for the characters being cut off at the beginning and end, more investigation will need to take place.
