A problem with tags

A problem I never had and am experiencing since today:

I type a name in ONE tag field and MC fills ALL other fields of that tag group with the same name.

I restarted MC, restarted my Mac – always the same….

Never had this, it’s the same Mac, the same system, the same build of MC…

Appended are screen pictures and the last build.

I think I found it: this morning changed a setting in auto import because I wanted to (auto) import an external HDD.
That process proved to be very slow and I stopped it.
Thereafter MC got this strange behaviour.
Now I removed the HDD fron auto import and things are working as before.
