I see a vast array of Right-Click menu choices in Playing Now under "more play options", most being PLAY commands, or ADD commands.
How about MOVE commands?

I often have very long Playing Now lists running as I keep adding albums to what is currently playing. At times I wish to MOVE an album up to the top of the queue.

Any chance this may be incorporated?

Cut and paste works with Playing Now.

Highlight some tracks. 
Press control-x
Move your mouse to the position in Playing Now where you want those tracks to be.
Press control-v

Done!

OK, as simple as copy & paste is, I never thought of using it in Playing Now, didn't expect it to work.
