Media buttons on Logitech K830 keyboard not working anymore

When I switch to another application and the MC windows is in the background, the Logitech K830 keyboard control for play/pause, previous/next do not work anymore. I wonder if this is a Logitech issue or a MC issue? I remember it worked before when I for example looked into something on Firefox I could change song by clicking Forward. Or if I checked emails in Outlook.
When MC windows is visible (on the foreground) on the screen and another softwares are in the background everything works fine.
I am using Windows 10, 62-bits. Version 22H2, Build 19045.2486.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

No one that had the same problem? What keyboards are you using out there?

In MC options, there are some Media Key settings.  There is a search window at the bottom.

In the past, Logitech software has caused problems.

Captor:
I have seen those settings and it is in auto now. Have also tried the other settings but not been able to recover how it worked before. OK, so Logitech was problem in the past. Maybe still? So maybe no good idea to buy a Logitech again? I am thinking on the new one named MX Keys.

The problem was with the software they recommended installing, not with the keyboard.
