Analyze Audio Failure
« on: February 27, 2003, 03:06:12 pm »

I'm using the Analyze Audio feature to obtain intensity, BPM, & replay gain for all my tracks.  It works well most of the time, however, on some tracks it just says "error" and never tells me why.

I've seen no recognizable pattern in the files it fails on.  Some are mp3, some are wma, and others are ape files.  They are quality rips (done within MediaCenter itself) so I can't figure out what's going on.  The built-in help doesn't lend much support on this feature.

Any tips or ideas of what I might try?

Nevermind...I'm an idiot.  Most of the files that were giving me trouble were files I had moved.  I hadn't updated MC's database.

Oops!   :-X
