Newbie trying to Playback WTV files - help please

I've just arrived at JRiver after a hardware failure has forced me to leave Windows 7 Media Center for Windows 10. Needless to say the learning curve proving hard to climb.

I have an extensive library of WTV files with SD and HD H264 Video and AAC-HE sound which I would like to playback. Unfortunately  the screen turns black when I click on one although the sound seems to play. Looking at the test file in VideoRedo suggests it contains 1080i H264 video @ 25FPS and 3 audio tracks, 1 x AC3/5.1 and 2 x AAC-HE LATM/LOAS

What do I need to do to get this working?

We have recently fixed an issue with WTV file playback.  We will make it publicly available in a few days.  Please make sure you check back here and download the new build when it is available.

Thanks for the quick response. I have a couple of other minor questions which I'll post in separate threads if i can't find anything in the Wiki or in the forums
