Need help! Trying to use offline

Hello

I have been desperately trying to find an answer, or help. I just installed JRiver on an older computer, with an old windows xp. This is my music computer and its a virgin, and havent been on Internet.

I have bought the license (on my laptop..then external instal), and everything works, but after about 30 seconds the playback stops and the computer wants to  to JRiver's website..

I have installed the latest version of JRiver (30).

Can this be turned off? Or do I have to go back to Foobar..

Grateful for answers.  ::)

Nothing should be stopping playback.

What website does it try to go to?

Looking at the log file might offer clues.
