Lost Newbie

Please, please pardon my frustration.

I have been using this software for about 2 hours.  I downloaded it because of it's Bluray/DVD playback and it Hulu, Netflix and Amazon..   only now that I have it installed I can't figure out how to use Netflix, Amazon or Hulu.  The only thing I can find in the UI is Amazon but there is no Amazon in "Theater" mode so it does me no good.  The directions I was able to find for Netflix say "In theater mode, go to the new Netflix option...."  But there is no Netflix, No Hulu, No Amazon, No online anything when I am in theater mode.

Ok, turns out I just can't read.  I have enabled Amazon and It does load.  My question now is for anyone that uses this in Theater mode.  Does the Amazon Prime video work well with a remote control?

Yes, it works.  You could try it with a keyboard, using just arrow keys and enter.
