Today I can email asking me to upgrade from v.30 to v.31.  Where does one find the release notes that lays out the new features in the upcoming version?  Not knowing what will be in the new release makes me less inclined to make an upgrade purchase.

Each year, we offer a great price before we release.  You can wait and see or take a chance.
