Best Sources for Music

(1/1)

frjeff:
I have ripped hundreds of mine and relatives CD’s to JRiver. Have run out of free sources.

Need ideas on where to find good used CD’s that I can buy and rip,  and if there are legal sources where I can buy and download music.

Dawgincontrol:
Discogs and Ebay are two areas you can sometimes get cheap (not free) cds.

Local thrift stores and used book stores can also be a resource.

JimH:
Amazon also has links to organizations and individuals who sell used CD's.  I buy most of my music there, then rip to lossless audio.

lepa:
Libraries. Ripping legality for library CDs depends on country I would guess

The Big Labinski:
Dear frjeff, I use Bandcamp, Discogs and Qobuz.

Take care

Stefan
