Is Exporting Actual Albums By Genre Possible?

I would like to export actual files by genre to an outboard hard drive. I would want them to be as they appear on my operational hard drive.

For instance, I'd like to export all my jazz albums to a folder named "Jazz" on the outboard hard drive. When you click on the "Jazz" folder you would see all the artist folders in that genre. When you clicked on an artist you would then see all the album folders for that artist. And, when you clicked on an album folder you would the see the actual song files for that album.

Is this possible? If so, how?
