Unable to get gapless jump in videos

Hello, I cannot get gapless jump when I play videos.
My system is Windows 11, JRiver Media Center 31.0.8.

My set options are:
Audio > Seek: Gapless
Audio > Stop: Immediate
Audio > Pause: Immediate

When I am watching a video in Playing Now, Overview mode, if I drag the slider to go to a different position of the video, the sound at the new position starts with a fade-in effect. I can’t find any way to disable this fade-in effect. The fade-in effect is not there when I play audio files.

Another issue: Options > Startup Interface > Show Action Window is disabled, but the Action Window shows all the same under the Tree when I open Media Center.

That option controls the Action Window State - when selected the Action Window is always displayed in its Open State, when deselected th Action Window is always displayed in its Closed State.

Even in this sense it doesn’t work: when I open Media Center, the Action Window under the Tree shows open, despite being disabled in the startup settings. You can see the attached picture.

You have to close and reopen MC for any changes to that setting to take effect.

I did it, but the Action Window is always there, opened, whenever I start Media Center.
