Library share for Internet access not functioning

I've been using the share function (right click - context menu) successfully since inception. Starting recently, the Internet link selection for audio files is generating gibberish. (The local link seems to be OK.) Other than program updates, everything else is the same. The Windows Defender firewall with exceptions has remained unchanged.

Has anyone else encountered this? Suggestion to address or workarounds? TIA

30.0.93 (64 bit)

It's odd that the Local share is working. I'll test that once I'm off the home network.
