Fabfilter Pro Q3 does not work in MC31 for Windows

The plugin Fabfilter Pro Q3 does not work in this new version of JRiver for Windows .... should I forget about this equalizer, or can you correct the problem?
In all other versions it worked perfect....

The same for me : Fabfilter Pro Q 2 worked perfectly with MC29 (with the player or even with the DLNA server) and doesnt work with MC31.
The version is useless for me and i can t get the refund.
Very unhappy.
