Cannot play 4K .MOV videos (Made on iPhone 11 Pro)

For some reason I cannot play my 4K .MOV files copied over from my iPhone.

When I try the video loads and plays for anywhere from 2 - 15 seconds Then MC Locks up.  Any attempts to try to unlock it result in Stopped Responding error with option to wait or close the program.

iPhone is running latest IOS.  Media Player is version 31.0.23

I am able to play the videos in Windows Media Player without any issues.

You might need to post a link to a small sample that shows the issue.

Unfortunately the smallest sample I have that displays the issue is 400MB.

I zipped it to try to make it smaller but it did not make much difference.

It seems that the longer the file is the sooner it crashes.  A 30 second file will play but the video is far behind the audio and very choppy.  Also when the video freezes the Audio continues to play untill it completely crashes.
