Get Movie and TV Info does not write Image [Solved]

Manfred:
I recognized that for some movies I don't have Cover Art after restoring a backup.
Applying Get Movie & TV Info with "Use Images On"  does not write the Image in the associated folder. Permission for the folder are Update, Read and Write. Only the old mp4 file and the XML file are there.

Any Ideas?

1st add on: If I copy the mp4 file to a local folder on local ssd, Applying Get Movie & TV Info works: mp4 + XML + jpg file.

But it does not work if the folder is on a network share!

2nd add: It was a problem in the user management, security and sharing forlder permissions (Took me 4h to figure it out - the Windows Tooling is pretty bad for this)
