I am using Norton 360.
I tried to disable the protection for half an hour, but it does not make any different.

I tried playing back files that are located locally on the PC, again it does not make any different.
I don't think there is any problem with the USB port.
 These files run smoothly with KODY from the same external drive..

Could anyone please guide me regarding the correct settings, in the places I marked?
