CD being ripped repeatedly

I have faced a problem with Version 28 and 31.
After removing a ripped CD, and inserting a new CD, JRiver downloads files from the removed CD!!

Again and again.

Not just that, it recently decided to download a CD I do not even have!

I have a large Cd collection and am downloading them to play in my car- which now has only Bluetooth!
