[req] allow playback to start in paused state

Request is to add a play option that lets you start with playback paused

Lack of this feature renders a variety of test clips unusable in JRVR because they are frequently v short and so playback exits before you can interact with the UI

I don't believe this has enough use to warrant the complexity in adding this. It might be easier to have like "pause at end of file", but even then the real use out of such an option would be extremely minimal, and would have no reasonable use outside of working around your test samples being too short.

I am not sure why it is so complicated to implement, seems a common feature in other players too, but practically speaking any useable workaround would be sufficient.
