Bunch of non-existent files imported

Hi.
This has been bugging me for a long time, through many versions.
From time to time, a bunch of new files appear in my library, repeated over and over in my file explorer.
Problem is: these files do not exist. I just erase them from the library, but they keep coming back.
It is not a very important problem, but it is strange.
Presently I am at version 28.0.110.
