Default Audio Device

Hi All:
Under playback options, is there a way to change the default device?  I use two devices (one for desktop Speakers, and one for a headphone Amp) but the default is currently coming up with what appears to be the Motherboards audio (in my case Realtek Audio Wasapi).

I can easily change it, but it would be nice to have it default to one of the two I use.  Is this possible, and can I delete some of the other devices that display as available?
