Cannot run on Gentoo because of not found libJRReader.so but it file exists

It's telling you what the error is.
You are missing a dependency
libbrotlienc.so.1
Which on debian is in package
libbrotli1

It's not really needed so the next build will remove it but I'm glad you got it going.
