Small suggestion: Output settings

Hi! Some small requests ;):

1. When you change from let's say gapless playback to crossfade, is it possible to let MC change the setting between two tracks instead of being forced to press stop and the play to get effect?

2. Is it possible to let MC remember crossfade time instead of reverting to 4 seconds everytime you change it?
