--- Quote from: satfrat on November 21, 2023, 01:34:23 am ---I had the same Paypal issue, I paid twice and got 2 different licenses after being told the Paypal transaction didn't go thru each time. Could you please delete Paypal transaction [removed] for me? This transaction goes with the license that ends with -MF2Z3. Much thanks.
Cheers,
Robin

We will do that. Thanks.

Just tested this and it was fine.
Possibly a transient issue with paypal or a communication issue between our commerce system and paypal.

It seems to be acting up again. I just purchased via PayPal and received the receipt from PayPal, but the page didn't redirect properly. I did, however, receive my license in my email.

The same "problem" in UK
"The PayPal website appears to be down, so we cannot verify your transaction.
Please try later at JRiver's PayPal support page. You will need your PayPal Transaction ID.
Please visit Interact for technical support.
"
But I got email from paypal that I paid. Then few moments later I got email from JRiver with new licence.
So... looks like this problem is not a problem. at least in my case.

Same problem from Canada.
Paid via PayPal, I have the transaction ID, and each time I enter it together with my email address, I receive the same PayPal error message as described above.
I did receive the new license number through a separate email, so perhaps it’s a transient problem with the JRiver system interfacing with PayPal.
