JRiver for Android Not Loading Media Library

Hi, I have the latest beta version on a Samsung S23 Ultra. I add my server library using the access key, it loads, and all works fine on my phone. But then the next time I use it, maybe a day or two later, the folders which did work and reported as empty "This category is empty". I have to reload the server library. It doesn't matter what the Always load default library at launch setting is at. I am guessing I am doing something wrong, but no idea what! I also have JRemote2 installed, that always works. I am using JRiver V31.0.84, thanks.
