Nvidia Shield Pro 2019 - 5.1 surround

I have all of my music files converted to flac and everything plays fine except any 5.1 files. The music plays in 2.1. These same files play fine in 5.1 surround on my JRiver Id.

Am I missing some setting somewhere?

After more experimentation, No luck with surround and all of my 96k music is playing at 48k.

I unplugged the HDMI cable from my Id that was playing surround and 96k and plugged it into the Shield and everything played at 2.0 and 48k. I am assuming that some setting is not right with the Shield.

All of my movies from Netflix, Prime, Hulu, etc all play in 5.1  without issue, so I know the Shield has 5.1 working on most things.
