I do not recall seeing any offers/notifications to upgrade? Possible because you are send these to my old tpg.com.au addresses which have been shut down by my internet provider - instead of the Gmail address I have on record somewhere also when paying for the last upgrade to MC31.... Please look up my user detail and delete all references to tgp.com.au as it may be receiving mail but I no longer have access to it... If I need to PM to some other JRiver address to sort this please let me know?

I just changed your address for your MC31 license to the address you use for the forum.

Only your MC28 license used the latter address.

You can change your address on the Restore Page.

Gmail has gotten worse about putting lots of valid mail in the spam folder.  I check mine every few days and almost always find something important.
