The issue is that loading a library tears the web service functions down so they simply can't wait to return or it would just lock up.

Something has to restart MCWS right?  I suppose you have no way to inform the higher level.

No matter, I'm handling it by delaying exit in my Library/Load calling function by pausing briefly until MCWS shuts down, and then test polling for the connection to come alive again.
