"Play Local File" support?

I'm taking JRiver on the road into a very low bandwidth situation. Meanwhile, I'd like to access, play, and update my Library Server at home. A few questions:


* Does JRiver for Android support the "Play Local File if one that matches Library Server file is found" feature if the local file is found on the client in the same path?
* Can I update tags on the server from the JRiver for Android client?
* If no to either of the above, is there a way to change a track rating without initiating playback in JRemote2?
