double songs in the library

Hi everyone, I have a problem with my main library: I keep the files partly on an internal SSD and partly on an external SSD. the problem is that some songs are present on both discs and therefore I see them double in the library. Is there a way to tell JRiver not to import files already in the library? thank you very much
