Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 SM-T290 bitperfect to DAC wired

Hello
I have a Galaxy Tab 8  SM-T290.  I want to use it for a headphone setup.  Tab A 8 out through Micro USB to Schitt Modi 3+ to Schitt Magni+ headphone amp to headphones wired.  I would like to use JRiver android app to send bitperfect to the DAC.  Is this possible?
