Retrieving MC22 license

Good afternoon. I'm running MC 32 on a newer Mac, which is extremely slow (the Mac, not MC32) due to multiple OS upgrades. I'd like to use my MC22 on an old Macbook which does not have the OS overhead that OS 12.7.2 has. I purchased MC21 years ago; it's fine for what I do, and I'd like to restore that license but can find no reference to the keys in any old emails. I'll be purchasing a new Mac laptop next year but in the meantime, I'd like to use this old Macbook that actually operates at a reasonable speed.

How do I get a key for MC22? Thanks,

Well, dunno. There's no record of MC21 going to an earlier email address or to the one I used for MC26,27, and 32. I'll slog along on this Mac mini until next year...

You used a mac.com address when you purchased MC22.  I've changed it and re-sent your licenses.
