thats what it was here is some info, and it has nothing to do with MJ\MC
=====================================
Hey, I'd like to help. You probably know that l3codeca.acm is a MP3 compression driver from Fraunhofer. If you want the error message to disappear you can remove this file from your windows folder (keep it elsewhere for the time being) then reinstall MJ. If you have any problems with MP3 compression, you can always replace the driver with your original.
Yes, i have nero with mp3 plugins, i thik it is this the problem...
For now MJ mp3 encoder work indeed , so i left untouched for now <img src="

Johannes-
I believe the l3codeca.acm is an mp3 decoding module. Can you look in J:\Winnt\system32 and see if it's there? If so, try manually registering it (double click it and choose regsvr32.exe as the program to run on it; this is in the system32 directory). Then try installing Media Jukebox.

This one:
>OCX C:\WINDOWS\system32\l3codeca.acm
has been reported earlier here. I think it was an artifact from an expired demo for something. Removing the demo cured the problem. You could do a search here to find the thread.
