I'd like to change the current registration code to a new code because my PC got hacked and the hacker has all the info on it including my MC28 registration code. Could you let me know how to change or get a new one?

Sorry for not enough explanation for my request.
What I mean is that I want you to give me a new code for nullifying the previous one since I only have the code which the hacker has.
For example if my current code is HKJ-TYH-UKU, I want you to give me a new random code and to block or delete HKJ-TYH-UKU from your database.
Is this possible?

What mail are you talking about? If it is my registration email address for my current code, I haven't receive any email from you or the JRiver staff. And no message from you also didn't arrive in the 'MY MESSAGES'.
Could you please explain in more detail what action you intend to take for my request?
