If any of the DSP results in adding gain it will absolutely cause clipping (or at least cause clip protection to engage, I'm not sure if clip protection still works when volume is disabled).  There are also rare cases where DSP that does not cause global gain can still cause local gain and lead to clipping. 

FWIW, I'd advise against disabling volume while using DSP unless you know exactly what you're doing.

DSP to be used:

- Upmixing 2.0 to 2.1 (silent)
- 5.1 as it is
- Room Correction with crossovers
- Room Coorection with +10dB gain on sub

As I have understood +10dB actually means -10dB on the channels.

Will this introduce gain?

Volume will preferably be controlled downstream. So internal volume could be an alternative if disabled is not suitable here? Which level - 80%?
