VST or VST3 of Blue Cat's Gain Suite not working with MC

Hi, All --

I installed Blue Cat's Gain Suite to deal with hearing loss in my left ear.  I can get it to work on another audophile player but it doesn't pop up when I select either the VST or VST3 for Blue Cat's Dual Mono.  Please advise.
