How to map CTRL-J?
« on: July 23, 2024, 07:21:21 pm »

Using JRVR renderer I would like to be able to bring up the CTRL-J status menu using a remote key, is this possible?

I have a MC remote and I have mapped all of the buttons to my sofa baton but I cannot find a button that brings up the CTRL-J osd or a way to map it to an MC remote button?

What IR receiver are you using? If it's the standard RC6 MCE ehome IR receiver, then you'll have to choose a button that you rarely use, and remap that to a keystroke or shortcut or bat/vbs MCC command. For example, I changed the "Blue" button on the remote, which originally has the "Theater View: Images" command in MC, for comskip toggle.
