Bandwidth (Q)

Hi guys, I tried to search for it, but I didn't find a firm answer to this very symple question, which one of the 2 parameter from the oratory EQ settings in the first picture should I apply to the PEQ in JRiver?

Q-Factor or BW? Wouldn't it be easier for the users if the JRiver's developers called it "Bandwidth" or "Q", instead of "Bandwidth (Q)"?

Is anyone confused about it as I am?
