PAYPAL PROBLEM
JimH:
If you purchased but didn't receive your license, please visit this page:

I apologize for the problem. Thanks for your purchase.
It appears that Paypal slows down clearances when there are more frequent purchases. They seem to clear after an hour or so. If the method at the top doesn't work, it may have cleared and you can retrieve your license by visiting the Restore Page and using option #2. https://rover.jriver.com/cgi-bin/restore.cgi

This may be related to the global Internet problem caused yesterday by a Crowdstrike cybersecurity software update:

MrGadget:
I purchased two upgrades on 7/22/24. One upgrade for me, and one upgrade for a friend. Both were paid for via my Paypal account. Paypal shows the two transactions. I received about 4 emails from JRiver with MJR files attached. While applying the upgrade to my machines I noticed that they were registered to my friend's account. I was able to correct the license on my machines, so there is no problem. I will use the MJR file which should have been sent to my friend's email address to upgrade their machines.
It would appear that JRiver is sending all purchases paid via Paypal to the Paypal email address, even when the order was done with another user's JRiver account information.
catastrofe:
I just purchased (7/25 ~ 8:00 AM MST) MC for Mac and have not received my license key. I've used the process for license recovery for PayPal issues but still no license key. How can we get this resolved?
mercman:
I made a purchase 7/23. Also unable to get the email with the license.
