Hello, Today (7/29/2024) i purchased an upgrade to 32 (preordered 33). i currently used version 28. I paid with PayPal and received the receipt from PayPal email but i have not been sent a license or code for the new version. My version 28 code doesn't work. Thanks.

I just tried the paypal address (with "ch") and the instructions in the first post. But it doesn't work. Could you re-send the key to me?
