Equalizer and other DSP functions over DLNA?

I have been using JRiver since version 8, but I never explored the full features of the apps. I am using JRiver with a Gustard R26 DAC via DLNA, can I use the EQ functions of JRiver over DLNA? If yes, can someone here please provide detailed info on how to do it?
The Gustard is a DLNA renderer, the playlist is via JRiver, therefore, I am wondering if it is possible to apply DSP function on the data before sending it to the DAC.
