Won't play higher than 48k [Solved]

My copy of JRiver all of a sudden won't play files at sample rates higher than 48K. Device settings are set like they always have been. The issue is the same on my Chord or Grace Design DAC and all of the sample rate frequencies are set to "no change". Am I missing sometthing? I've been with JRiver since v19, so thought I knew all of the various corners of JRiver. I just upgraded to the latest version 32, hoping something would get reset, but the issue remains. Have you tried rebooting the PC and equipment?

Yes, many times. I'm actually an audio professional so don't often have issues getting equipment to communicate. Thanks for the insight.

Could it be a shared/exclusive mode issue?

Would this be an issue if I'm just playing WAV files from a hard drive?

So far I've tried:

New USB port
New USB cable
Reinstalled JRiver 31
Upgrated and installed JRiver 32
Reinstalled both USB drivers for Chord Hugo and Grace M908
