MediaCenter 32 Crashing On Video Conversion to MP4

I have a large library of music and videos.  Lately, MC crashes when I try to convert a movie to mp4.  I can connect another machine to the folder an have no issues but my main PC crashed MC.

256 GB RAM, 8 20 TB drives
audio 777366
video 24371

Just wondering if there is a setting or something I can do.
